STRENGTHENING ACCOUNTABILITY & SERVICE DELIVERY
On 29th January 2025 TARDA successfully undertook a Performance Evaluation overseen by the Ministry of Public Service, Performance Management Unit. Led by our Managing Director Liban Roba, our team participated in a thorough assessment aimed at measuring institutional performance, operational efficiency, and the impact of our programs.
This evaluation serves as a crucial tool in enhancing accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. It enables us to assess our progress against key performance indicators, identify areas for enhancement, and ensure that our initiatives remain aligned with Kenya’s national development priorities.
By actively engaging in this process, TARDA reaffirms its commitment to excellence in governance, strategic resource management, and impactful service delivery to the communities within our jurisdiction.
