EXPANDING WATER ACCESS FOR COMMUNITIES IN KIENI
Access to clean and reliable water is a game-changer for communities, and on 31st January 2025, TARDA took a step forward in making this a reality in Kieni, Nyeri County. Our Managing Director, Liban Roba, joined stakeholders in Kamburaini Primary School, Kieni, for a borehole site identification—an initiative aimed at enhancing water security for the school and surrounding community.
This project aligns with TARDA’s commitment to climate resilience, water resource management, and sustainable livelihoods. By identifying viable sites for boreholes, we are not just ensuring water access; we are empowering communities, supporting education, and enhancing local resilience to climate change.
Through collaborations such as these, we’re working towards lasting solutions that drive development and uplift communities.
